Following on from our article a couple of weeks ago about the next phase of Wood Wharf, we thought it timely to update those unfamiliar with the new district, which is situated within the Canary Wharf Estate.
For the last three decades Canary Wharf has been a commercial business district, but that has started to change. Residents are now slowly starting to move into the newly completed residential towers of Phase 1 of Wood Wharf.

Following the carefully considered master plan for Wood Wharf, the new estate will provide 3,600 new apartments and 2 million square feet of workspace. Phase 1 of the new estate is a residential offering for both private buyers and rental tenants.
The first tower to become available for occupation was 10 George Street, but over the coming weeks and months further sections of the development will be handed over for occupation.

Designed for the rental market, the building will include 174 apartments and will boast a large roof terrace the views across South Dock, the private gardens and Water Square.
Availability will release in the Autumn of 2020.
