Whilst we do not employ architects in house, we work with a list of approved architects who provide a competitive service. Working with these dynamic design led architectural practices we are able to offer both small scale re-modelling or extension projects right through to large corporate offices, residential schemes or industrial projects.  The benefit is we work together collaboratively to provide a full design and construction service.

Investing in the latest technology enables all of our projects to benefit from the latest BIM software, which provides major benefits to traditional CAD software due to built in clash detection and 3D modelling capabilities.  With the provision of a rendering service to, this enables us to communicate the projects with realistic visualisations or animations.  All of these advances enable us to work more closely and collaboratively with both the wider design team, as well as the end user.

Offering a full suite of architectural and interior design services and working with our other teams we are able to offer a full service from inception, concept design, statutory approvals, procurement, appointment, project management, right through to post completion.
