Phillip Jeffers
Managing Director
Phill has extensive experience in master planning of residential, commercial and infrastructure developments. Bringing vast project and cost management experience to every aspect of each of his projects, Phill manages a team and is able to provide invaluable schedule and cost advice throughout the construction process from initial feasibility studies to final project close out.
His key skills include managing the team to meet the schedule and cost targets, setting robust project budgets and the negotiation of costs with contractors and subcontractors.

Having over 20 years' experience in the construction industry, he moved to London in 2004 and has since gained extensive experience in the Uk and international marketplace across numerous sectors including power generation, infrastructure, shell and core, residential, commercial office interiors, hotels and retail.

As an Associate Commercial Director, Mark is responsible for leading both the strategic direction of the firm and its day-to-day operations.

Mark brings a wealth of experience in the construction industry, having worked for developers, client's, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
​
With a robust background that spans medium to large scale developments, Mark has honed his skills most recently having worked for ISG.
​
His comprehensive understanding of the construction lifecycle empowers him to navigate complex projects with precision and efficiency. Having a strategic approach to cost management and contract negotiation has enabled Mark to consistently drive value for clients, ensuring projects have been delivered on time and within budget.

Mark became an Associate Director of Chelsea Construction Consultancy in 2024 and now leads the Commercial Division.
