At 6,300 square feet the 18 week refurbishment of the Dior flagship store takes centre stage in the exclusive Starhill Gallery in Kuala Lumpur.  Starhill Gallery is listed as one of Asia's most beautiful shopping malls split across seven luxurious floors.

Dior's expansion enabled the store to be split into five zones, for shoes, bags, watches, ready to wear and the exclusive VIP section.

Appointed by the main contractor to project manage the biggest Dior store in Malaysia we had to work closely with the Dior's design team in Paris, producing over 200 shop drawings to detail every element carefully.  Accommodating significant design enhancements throughout the project the store was still completed on time.
