As demolition and enabling works progress at the old U.S. Embassy Building at 30 Grosvenor Square the industry anticipates the release of the construction work scheduled for early 2021.

Rosewood Hotels and Resorts were appointed by Qatari Diar to operate the luxury hotel which will be constructed within the former U.S. Embassy Building.

This will be the second Rosewood hotel in London and will feature 137 guest rooms and suites. There will be a wide selection of no less than five dining restaurants as well as entertainment space, a spa and six retail spaces.
