Development work is expected to commence later this year on the development of Quay House at South Quay, following the granting of planning permission by Tower Hamlets Council.
At 40 storeys, the new building will provide 400 hotel rooms and 279 serviced apartments. We'll provide further updates once works commence, however in the interim, below are further images of the consented development.
