Planning Decision Awaited later this year for New City Court in Southwark

Great Portland Estates are awaiting a planning decision from Southwark Council for their AHMM designed 37 storey, 375,000 square feet commercial workspace.

The plans also include the restoration of the Grade II listed Georgian terraces along St Thomas Street to provide retail space, as well as improvement works to the historic Keats House.
