St William, a part of the Berkeley Group, has commenced work on site at their new development called King's Road Park.
King's Road Park is a 17.35 acre regeneration scheme in Fulham which once completed will be home to 24 new buildings. The development will provide 1,800 new homes set around a new 2.7 hectare public realm with a public park that houses the oldest gas holder in the world.
Phase 1 will comprise of 345 apartments in the first three buildings, which include a private landscaped podium garden, ground floor commercial space and a large underground basement. The residents facilities will include a lounge, courtyard garden, spa, naturally lit swimming pool, gym, private dining rooms, games room and a golf simulator.
