Dutch developer EDGE is expecting a planning decision from Southwark Council by the end of July as to whether they can proceed with their Pilbrow & Partners, 27 storey, 255,000 square feet commercial workspace.
The building has been designed to achieve exemplar status for sustainability levels with a target for BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum.
We will keep you updated as soon as the planning decision is announced, however it looks like a coordinated and joined up approach with Sellar, CIT and Greystar's other developments planned for the area. We are hopeful of hearing much more good news for the economic recovery of the area in the coming months.
