Native Land's 1,400,000 square foot development at Bankside, on the site of what was Ludgate House is now underway with Multiplex appointed as the Main Contractor. The site of the previous Sampson House will commence once a main contractor is appointed and works are completed on the waterproofing of the ground floor slab.
Once complete the project will have seen the investment of £1 billion in Southwark. The development will include 341 new homes, 8,000 square foot of cultural space, 70,000 square foot of workspace, a 126 bed 5 star hotel and 65,000 square foot of public realm space.

The development contains nine buildings over multiple phases with the highest tower containing 53 storeys.
