With piling and basement works now well underway, the Aspen project at Consort Place is the highly anticipated development by the Far East Consortium. We thought it timely to provide an update on the forthcoming development where apartments have recently been launched for sale.
The development will include three buildings; a 65 storey tower with 496 apartments, a 34 storey tower with 138 affordable apartments and a 20 storey building which will become a 4 star Dorsett Hotel with 231 bedrooms.
The apartments will be set around a new public square which incorporates the North Pole pub and will include new health and education facilities and a variety of food outlets.
Residents at Aspen will have the added benefits of a 24 hour concierge, security, gym, vitality pool and spa. At the Aspen Club residents can enjoy the private dining and wine tasting room, the business lounge, snug, screening room, games room and kids club.
The Dorsett Hotel is expected to open by 2023 and we'll provide further information on this nearer the time.
