New Look is a British fashion chain specialising in womenswear and menswear since 1969. Growing internationally rapidly to 895 stores and employing over 18,000 employees New Look moved into a new corporate head office near Oxford Street in central London. The procurement and merchandising team of circa 300 people required retail spaces, merchandising areas as well as corporate office, meeting room and restaurant space.
Chelsea Construction Consultancy provided procurement, quantity surveying and project management resource to enable the super quick completion of the office space to accommodate New Look's urgent desire for additional office space following the decision to move many staff from Weymouth in Dorset.
