Chelsea Construction Consultancy's team were tasked with providing procurement, quantity surveying and construction management support on a phased basis to work around existing tenants and undertaking a gradual roll out of the reception and lift lobby works as each floor was refreshed of tenants.
Client: MGPA Europe
Located in the well known Harbour Exchange Square, just one minutes walk from South Quay DLR and 10 minutes from Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station, MGPA undertook to provide 1 million square feet of the highest quality serviced office.
Able to provide between 1,200 to 30,000 square feet per floor or accommodating between 2 to 12 people in suites.
