Appointed by the main contractor to project manage the biggest Dior store in Malaysia we had to work closely with the Dior's design team in Paris, producing over 200 shop drawings to detail every element carefully. Accommodating significant design enhancements throughout the project the store was still completed on time.
Providing project management and quantity surveying services for the main contractor the highly bespoke project was successfully delivered within 15 weeks.

Whilst Rio Tinto redeveloped their St. James Square corporate office, they moved their executive team into a custom designed office space with every conceivable luxury.
The 15,600 sq ft office included the fit out of a chairman and executive area, an open plan office, reception, kitchen, cafe, meeting rooms and hub rooms.
