Chelsea Waterfront (Phases 1 & 2)

Chelsea, London

Client:  Hutchison Property Group

Architect:  Sir Terry Farrell

Value:  £225m

A unique residential development on one of the final sections of riverfront land in Chelsea.  Chelsea Waterfront combines high specification interiors, exceptional public amenity spaces and a prominent riverside location.  The site is rich with history which reflects the adjacent former Lots Road Power Station.

The masterplan includes the construction of a 37-storey tower, a 25-storey tower and several lower-rise blocks on the 4.6 hectare site, which sits between the boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham.

Appointed by sub-contractors for the assistance of drafting variations, completing valuations, preparing, submitting and negotiating final accounts and the compilation of claims substantiation. Phase 1 of Chelsea Waterfront has led to further commissions for Phase 2 of the scheme which continues through 2020/2021.

Once complete, Sir Terry Farrell's Chelsea Waterfront scheme will command the most prestigious Thames location with prices ranging from £1.5m to £30m for the triplex penthouse.
