Appointed by sub-contractors for the assistance of drafting variations, completing valuations, preparing, submitting and negotiating final accounts and the compilation of claims substantiation. Phase 1 of Chelsea Waterfront has led to further commissions for Phase 2 of the scheme which continues through 2020/2021.
Once complete, Sir Terry Farrell's Chelsea Waterfront scheme will command the most prestigious Thames location with prices ranging from £1.5m to £30m for the triplex penthouse.
