As part of the regeneration of Camden Town, Chelsea Construction Consultancy  were appointed to provide commercial support for the Hawley Wharf Phase 2 development, known as Camden Lock Village, which includes residential, commercial and retail construction as well as public realm and infrastructure works.

The village includes eight new buildings between three and nine storeys in height, housing a new canal-side shopping centre, cafes and restaurants, 200 residential units, a food quarter and commercial space.
